WHAT YOU GET

Exact printing, raw and graded prices.

Pokémon cards are the hardest to value by eye. The same Charizard exists in Base Set, Base Set 2 and Expedition, as holo and non-holo, and each one sells for a different price. Snap Card reads the set symbol, collector number and finish from your photo so the match is the exact printing you are holding, not a lookalike.

Every match comes with a raw market price built from recent sales, plus PSA 9 and PSA 10 prices where the card has a graded market. That gap between raw and PSA 10 is what tells you whether a card is worth sending to grading or better sold as it is.

Add cards to your collection and Snap Card tracks the total value day by day, with 90-day price history and recent sales comps on every card.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps from card to price.

  1. 01 · SNAP

Hold the card in frame — sleeved, angled, or still in the binder — or pick a photo from your library.

  2. 02 · IDENTIFY

We read the set symbol, collector number, holo or reverse-holo finish and edition, then confirm the match.

  3. 03 · PRICE

Real market comps, split by grade where a graded market exists, with the 90-day trend and recent sales.

QUESTIONS

Pokémon scanning, answered

Does the scanner tell holo, reverse holo and non-holo apart?
Yes. Finish is part of the identification, because a holo and a non-holo of the same card can differ in price by ten times or more. The result names the printing so you can confirm it before adding the card.
What is the difference between the raw price and the PSA 10 price?
Raw is the market price for an ungraded card in typical collector condition. PSA 9 and PSA 10 are prices for copies graded by PSA at those grades. A PSA 10 is often several times the raw price, and Snap Card shows all three side by side when the card has a graded market.
Which Pokémon sets does Snap Card cover?
English Pokémon sets from the vintage Wizards of the Coast era (Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Neo, e-Card sets like Skyridge and Aquapolis) through the current expansions. Scan the card and the result shows the set and number it matched.
Can I scan a photo instead of using the camera?
Yes. You can pick an existing photo from your library, which is handy for cards you photographed earlier or that a seller sent you.
Does Snap Card show Pokémon card price history?
Each card has a 90-day price history and a list of recent sales, so you can see whether the price is rising, falling or stable before you buy, sell or grade.
Is Snap Card free?
Snap Card starts with a 3-day free trial with unlimited scans and no card limit. After the trial a subscription starts unless you cancel; the App Store listing shows the price for your region.
